What should you include in your first message?
Include the outcome you need, the current situation and any deadline. These six details give enough context to scope the work, and none of them needs technical language. Leave out what you do not know yet; working it out is part of the reply.

What should a first message to ASquared Creatives include?
A first message needs the outcome you want, what exists today and any fixed date. A website address or a short description of the product is enough context to begin. A budget range helps scope the work but is not required, and nothing needs to be written in technical terms.
Can a project start with one small piece of work?
Yes. A project can begin with one defined piece of work, such as a technical SEO audit, a single landing page or a review of an existing interface. The result of that work then shows whether a larger engagement makes sense, and it is useful on its own if it does not.
How is the price of a project decided?
The price of a project is decided by its scope. No price list is published, because two requests with the same name, such as a website redesign, can differ widely in pages, integrations and content. The price is written into the scope and agreed before any work starts.
What if I do not know which service I need?
Describe the problem instead of naming a service. The services are organized into ten categories, from web development to AI solutions, and matching a problem to the right one is part of answering the first message. Some problems need work from more than one category.
Can I email my requirements instead of using the form?
Yes. Email the same details to the address on this page: the outcome you need, what exists today, the main obstacle and any fixed date. The form only collects those details in a structured way, so an email that includes them works just as well. No phone number or business address is published yet.
How soon will I get a reply?
No guaranteed reply time is published for a first message. A guaranteed time is a service level, and a service level is agreed in writing for a specific project rather than promised to every inquiry in advance. A message that states the outcome, the current situation and any fixed date gives the reply enough context to be useful.
